Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for plantar fasciitis; (2) Patients aged between 20 and 70 years; The onset time is longer than 1 month. (3) Patients understand the relevant contents of the study in detail, and have good medical compliance and high cooperation; (4) Those who have signed informed consent for clinical medical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? did not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of plantar fasciitis; ? Ankle fracture, or skin damage; ? severe visceral disease and serious heart, liver, kidney damage; ? Patients with severe osteoporosis, bone tuberculosis and advanced tumors; ? Patients with severe diabetes, drug allergy (such as triamcinolone de, lidocaine); ? Spontaneous bleeding tendency and coagulation dysfunction (such as hemophilia, thrombocytopenia); (7) Currently or long-term use of anticoagulant drugs (such as aspirin); Are receiving other related treatments, which may affect the observational indicators of this study; ? can not cooperate with acupotomy treatment; ? Patients with mental illness and severe cognitive dysfunction are not authors.
