Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>18 years old 2.Comply with the diagnostic criteria for hypertension in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension (Revised 2018) 3.Having been ill for at least 6 months and taking medication according to medical advice 4.Self behavior ability, no Communication disorder 5.Voluntarily accept the investigation and sign an informed consent form 6.No complications such as severe center of gravity, brain, lungs, kidneys, and blood vessels 7.Regular follow-up is possible

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary hypertension 2.Concomitant severe heart failure 3.Severe arrhythmia 4.Severe cerebrovascular accident 5.Acute myocardial infarction 6.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction 7.Other major diseases such as hyperthyroidism and malignant tumors
