Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who meet the 2022 edition of the Chinese non-specific clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines for low back pain and are diagnosed with CNSLBP; 2. Disease duration>=12 weeks, 1 point<=NRS<7 points; 3. College nursing students aged 18 years or older; 4. No serious diseases of important organs such as the center of gravity, lungs, and brain; 5. Be informed of this study, sign an informed consent form, and voluntarily join.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with mental or mental illness; 2. History of lumbar surgery; 3. Red flags such as nighttime pain, severe muscle cramps, involuntary weight loss; 4.Received physical or medical treatment within 3 months; 5. NNursing students who are pregnant, pregnant, or lactating; 6. Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials.
