Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with renal cell carcinoma ? With indications for immunotherapy (initial immunotherapy) ? With imaging assessable lesions ? Paraffin specimen sections for DNA extraction could be obtained ? Patients agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form ? Patients should be adults and not belong to a vulnerable group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with contraindications to immunotherapy ? Patient has a life expectancy of less than six months ? Patients refuse to participate
