Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =18 years old; 2. Patients with ENT surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The deaf; 2.The patient has severe dementia or a neurological condition associated with symptoms of intellectual disability; 3.Patients could not complete the relevant scales; 4.Patients were enrolled in other studies at the same time; 5.Emergency surgery; 6.The patient was transferred to the intensive care unit after surgery
