Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Low-risk prostate cancer defined by NCCN guidelines and medium-risk prostate cancer with good prognosis 2. MRI showed a single lesion and confirmed prostate cancer by biopsy 3. Gleason score of cancer is less than or equal to 7 points 4. TNM stage is less than or equal to T2b 5. Sign informed consent to understand the risks and benefits of local and radical treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Received androgen deprivation treatment in the past 2. History of previous pelvic radiotherapy 3. There are contraindications to close treatment 4. Refuse to sign informed consent
