Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old; (2) Immunosuppressed patients with a presumed diagnosis of pneumonia; (3) Willing to accept bronchoscopic alveolar lavage examination and physical condition permits; (4) The patient or guardian signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients may die 72 hours after enrollment; (2) Women during pregnancy or breastfeeding; (3) Patients receiving palliative care only.
