Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing right mini-thoracotomy for heart surgery were selected 2. The age ranged from 18 to 70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing secondary valve surgery ? Hypersensitivity to ropivacaine ? Right anterolateral chest wall infection ? intraoperative changes in surgical methods ? Unable to master the use of postoperative patient-controlled pump after training.
