Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were diagnosed with cT3N0-2M0 stage III lower esophageal cancer or esophagogastric junction cancer by gastroscopic biopsy, PET-CT and other auxiliary examinations; 2. Accept neo-AICIT; (3) radical surgery for esophageal cancer after neoadjuvant therapy; 4. Postoperative immune monotherapy was maintained for 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Variation of feeding arteries in the lower segment of esophagus or cardia during interventional operation has a great impact on the therapeutic effect; 2. After receiving =2 courses of neoadjuvant treatment, the treatment was given up and the treatment effect was not evaluated; 3. After neoadjuvant therapy, patients refused to evaluate the treatment effect or were lost to follow-up for various reasons.
