Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic atrophic gastritis; (2) Meet the diagnosis of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome; (3) Aged between 18-75 years, gender unrestricted; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Autoimmune gastritis (type A chronic atrophic gastritis); (2) Patients with positive C-13 urea breath test at enrollment (Hp infection); (3) Patients diagnosed with or unable to exclude malignant tumors, especially esophageal cancer and gastric cancer; patients with other upper gastrointestinal lesions such as peptic ulcers or Barrett's esophagus; (4) Patients with severe lesions in major organs (heart, liver, kidney, lungs, etc.); (5) Pregnant and lactating women; (6) Patients with infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, hepatitis, AIDS, etc.; (7) Patients with obvious bleeding tendencies or skin diseases unsuitable for moxibustion or severe diabetes; (8) Patients who have received moxibustion treatment or are participating in other clinical research projects.
