Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinical manifestations characterized by PLA include typical clinical manifestations such as chills, high fever, liver pain, fatigue, and loss of appetite; (2) B-ultrasound, CT or MRI imaging examination showed characteristic manifestations of liver abscess; The diameter of the pus cavity is = 75px, with sufficient liquefaction. (3) Puncture or surgical extraction of pus, confirmed by bacterial culture results; (4) Excluding amoebic liver abscess, tuberculous liver abscess, and liver abscess after liver transplantation; (5) Informed consent, voluntary testing. The process of obtaining informed consent should comply with GCP regulations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system diseases, as well as mental illness; (2) Individuals with contraindications to ultrasound guided puncture; (3) Critically ill, with a body temperature above 40.0 ?, accompanied by septic shock and multiple organ dysfunction; (4) Multiple liver abscesses or peritonitis caused by abscess rupture requiring surgical intervention; Abscess with a diameter less than 75px, insufficient liquefaction, and regular treatment without the need for puncture and drainage. (5) Individuals who are unable to give full informed consent due to intellectual or behavioral impairments; (6) Allergic constitution, such as those with a history of allergies to two or more drugs or substances, or those known to be allergic to the ingredients of the test drug; (7) Patients participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
