Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic liver, kidney, and pancreatic diseases, including metabolic related fatty liver disease (mild, moderate to severe), liver dysfunction, liver fibrosis/cirrhosis (Child Pugh grading (A, B, C), renal insufficiency (chronic kidney disease 1-5), and non-alcoholic fatty pancreatic disease; 2. Age range from 18 to 70 years old; 3. Stable vital signs; 4. There are no contraindications for MRI examination and factors that affect image quality, such as pacemaker implantation, intracranial artery clipping surgery, claustrophobia (fear and tension in enclosed spaces), etc; 5. Obtain informed consent from the subject and/or their family members, fully understand the examination process and precautions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unable to cooperate or tolerate the examination; 2. Patients with contraindications for MRI examination and factors affecting image quality; 3. Patients with mental illness, tumor disease, or severe cardiovascular disease; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Under 18 years old and over 70 years old.
