18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old 2. Primiparas with singleton pregnancy and natural conception between 37 and 41 +6 gestational weeks 3.first pregnancy, no history of miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy 4.cervical dilation <5 cm, vaginal delivery is planned

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diseases of the immune system, including but not limited to cancer, asthma, rheumatism, lupus erythematosus, history of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, etc 2. pregnancy complicated with intrahepatic cholestasis, serious liver and kidney dysfunction 3. Thrombocytopenia 4. Fetal growth restriction and macrosomia in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy 5. Inflammation and/or infection (chorioamnionitis)
