Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study covers high-frequency tinnitus patients aged 18 to 75 who have been seeking treatment with subjective tinnitus as their first or only complaint for more than 6 months. The tinnitus frequency is above 3000Hz, the hearing threshold is within 70dB HL, and the THI scale score is = 36.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion: patients with external and middle ear diseases, retrocochlear diseases or MRI indicating VIII neurovascular nerve compression, progressive nervous system or mental diseases, drug abuse history, patients with conductive deafness or mixed deafness, patients with severe hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, vertigo, and patients who fail to complete treatment and follow-up as planned.
