Parkinson's disease anxiety

Interventions

Jin's Three-Needle acupuncture group:On the basis of maintaining the patient’s original dose of anti-parkinson's drugs, Jin's Three-Needle acupuncture method was given.
Waitlist group:On the basis of maintaining the original dose of anti-parkinson's drugs, the patient waited for 4 weeks, and then receivedJin's Three-Needle acupuncture therapy.

40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range from 40 to 75 years old, both male and female; 2.According to the diagnostic criteria of the International Society for Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders in 2015, the clinical diagnosis is confirmed as primary Parkinson's disease; 3. Hoehn Yahr is classified as 1-3 levels; 4. Continuously receiving anti Parkinson's drugs for six months and receiving stable doses of anti Parkinson's disease drugs for at least one month; 5. Able to understand and voluntarily sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by severe cognitive impairment and hallucinations, unable to cooperate with scale evaluation; 2. Those who have participated in drug, acupuncture and moxibustion and other clinical trials within one month before being included in this study; 3. Clearly identify other serious systemic diseases, such as immune system diseases, endocrine system diseases (such as pheochromocytoma, hyperthyroidism, etc.), respiratory system diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Inability to regularly take anti Parkinson's drugs due to adverse reactions and other reasons; 5. Patients who have previously received or planned to receive deep brain electrical stimulation therapy or rectal infusion of levodopa during the study period; 6. Pregnant or planned pregnant women; 7. Currently breastfeeding; 8. Subjects with family planning; 9. Have a history of substance abuse (such as alcohol, drugs, caffeine) in the past six months; 10. Individuals with a clear history of mental illness or accompanying psychiatric symptoms; 11. People who are afraid of acupuncture and moxibustion.
