Age
60 Years to 105 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 60 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Patients planning to undergo orthopedic or spinal surgery; 3. Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge malignant tumors in various parts. 2. The patient has myeloproliferative disorders. 3. Concomitant systemic infections. 4. Suffering from severe autoimmune diseases. 5. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past four weeks. 6. Patients are unable to complete communication or postoperative follow-up.
