Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with end-stage renal disease who chose hemodialysis as the first choice for renal replacement therapy (2) Patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Dialysis Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University of Chinese Medicine (3) Stable hemodialysis patients with more than 90 days (4) Age greater than or equal to 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with long-term maintenance hemodialysis who are not followed up by this dialysis center (2) Patients who have not completed 90 days of hemodialysis (3) Patients with hemodialysis complicated by acute major diseases, (4) Suffering from central and peripheral nervous system diseases or limb deficiency and inability to tolerate exercise (5) Acute stage of new cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (6) Patients with hemodialysis with mental illness or intellectual disability who cannot understand the content of the information (7) Other hemodialysis patients who are not suitable to participate in this study after evaluation by the researchers
