65 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Elderly patients, aged 65-80 years old; (2) ASA grading I to II; BMI 18-25 kg/m2; (3) Preoperative Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score>24;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, lungs, and brain in combination; (2) Not receiving formal antihypertensive treatment or poor blood pressure control [SBP = 160mmHg or = 90 mmHg, and/or DBP = 100mmHg]; (3) Opioid drugs, propofol and other drugs and their components are allergic or contraindicated; (4) Recent medication history of sedatives, Analgesic and other drugs; (5) Previous history of delirium, dementia, depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses; (6) The patient has a history of addiction to alcohol, drugs, and toxins;
