intervention group:start a continuous 3-hour prone position ventilation within 3 hours after diagnosis of ARDS
Control group:Maintain supine ventilation for the child

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Full-term neonates diagnosed with moderate to severe ARDS; (2) GA>37 weeks and BW>2500g.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The situation that the lung ultrasound can not be performed: a large amount of subcutaneous emphysema or a large area of dressing covering the chest and back; (2) Three or more organ failure occurred in blood, central nervous system, kidney, circulation and liver; (3) Severe congenital malformation; (4) Family history of pulmonary function defect; (5) Within 7 days of hospitalization, the family members requested to give up rescue and leave the hospital automatically.
