Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with postherpetic pain; age above 50 years old and below 80 years old; Both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: allergic to the test drugs; patients with severe immune insufficiency;patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and endocrine diseases; patients with abnormal coagulation function and coagulation disorders;patients with spinal diseases (such as spinal tuberculosis, infection, tumor, etc.) or severe spinal deformity; patients with shock, severe dehydration and electrolyte disturbance; patients with infection at the puncture site or severe systemic infection.
