Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the study were as follows: (?) The diagnosis is consistent with gastroesophageal reflux disease and the duration of symptoms is greater than 4 weeks. (?) Patients were withdrawn from any medication known to adjust the gastrointestinal function for at least 2 weeks prior to the study. (?) Age 18–75 years old. (?) The consent form was signed by all subjects or a legal representative if the subject was not able to do so.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: We excluded individuals based on the following criteria: (?) Pregnant or lactating women. (?) Patients with other comorbid conditions, such as a history of gastrointestinal surgery, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe heart and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, as well as cachexia and tumor disease. (III) Patients with coagulopathy. (?) Patients suffering from spinal disorders. (V) Patients are allergic to absorbable sutures.
