Inclusion criteria: a. Meet theInternational Consensus on Pediatric Sepsis (2005) ; b. the age range is 29 days to 18 years; c. with informed consent and complete research data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. does not meet the International Consensus on Pediatric Sepsis(2005); b. does not meet the age range of 28 days to 18 years; c. without informed consent and complete research data.
