Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18 years or over; (2) diagnosed as intracranial atherosclerosis or extracranial atherosclerosis conformed by DSA; (3) could cooperate with OCT/OCTA examination; (4) provided a signed written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH); (2) large artery stenosis or occlusion due to other cerebral vascular diseases such as vasculitis, dissection, and Moyamoya diseases (3) neurodegenerative disease including Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and multiple system atrophy; (4) cardiac diseases like atrial fibrillation, and patent foramen ovale
