Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?The subject's grip strength meets the following criteria: males = 12 s. ?Age >= 60 years, both sexes ?Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?various acute and chronic infections and other immune diseases, such as end-stage renal disease, liver failure, heart failure, respiratory failure; or with malignancy. ?endocrine diseases such as abnormal thyroid function, Cushing's syndrome, abnormal pituitary function. ?history of antibiotics, probiotic preparations or diarrhea and gastroenteritis within two weeks prior to the experiment within one month.. ?The requirement to take anti-osteoporosis drugs, glucocorticoids, thyroid hormones, sex hormones, acid production, etc., during the trial. ?history of long-term alcohol consumption, i.e., drinking for more than five years, or ethanol amount > 140 g/week in men and > 70 g/week in women.
