Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years of age or older; meet the diagnostic criteria of acute stroke, stroke (including hemorrhagic and ischaemic) is confirmed by cranial CT or MRI and the first time onset. (2) clear consciousness, stable condition, no severe cognitive impairment, able to understand and cooperate with this study (including rehabilitation training, evaluation and etc.).(3) the swallowing functions are evaluated through Kubota Water Swallowing test by professional medical staff of neurology department and grade 3 (and above) indicates existence of dysphagia. (4) all participants and their families present their informed consent, volunteer to participate in this research and sign the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) complicated with severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver and kidney; (2) complicated with an uncured malignancy; (3)complicated with severe infectious diseases; (4) complicated with mental illness; (5)complicated with connective tissue diseases; (6) previously suffered from Parkinson's diseases or(and) motor neuron diseases etc affecting swallowing function; (7) history of dysphagia and (or) chemoradiotherapy in the head and neck; (8) patients with aphasia and (or) cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with this research, having difficulty to follow instructions or complete the whole rehabilitation training process; (9)endotracheal intubation or tracheostomy, unable to tolerate swallowing rehabilitation training process (10) other reasons not suitable to participate in the research, for any reasons to withdraw or fail to follow-up during research.
