30 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Single-segment DLSC; (2) All patients had symptoms associated with presenting classic neurogenic intermittent claudication with lower limbs neurological impairment but no significant improvement in conservative treatment; (3) Dural sac cross-sectional area < 75 mm2 or Schizas grade C or D (severe stenosis) confirmed by T2-weighted Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI); (4) Lumbar spondylolisthesis=I°, and no apparent lumbar instability; (5) Lumbar scoliosis <20°.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Spinal stenosis caused by fractures, tumors, and infections; (2) other spinal diseases, such as ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament, thoracic stenosis, and cervical disc herniation; (3) complete paralysis of limbs; (4) surgical contraindications or refusal of surgical treatment.
