18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adult age (=18, <80 years); (2) ASA classification grade I-II; (3) Patients scheduled for non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia with expected surgery duration of 1-3 hours; (4) BMI value of 18-30 kg/m²; (5) Willing to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diseases of the central nervous system and mental diseases; (2) People taking sedatives or antidepressants; (3) Alcohol or drug dependence (drinking more than 100ml of alcohol over 40 degrees per day in the past 3 months); (4) People with communication disabilities (language impairment, severe visual or hearing impairment); (5) The expected duration of operation is more than 3h; (6) Have participated in other clinical investigators within 3 months; (7) Suffering from sleep apnea syndrome; (8) The surgical position of the patient was prone; (9) craniocerebral or facial-related surgery, affecting EEG measurements.
