40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of COPD; 2. Age 40 ~ 75 years old; 3. Stable disease with no acute exacerbation in the past 4 weeks; 4. Clear consciousness, no physical dysfunction, psychiatric disease history; 5. Reading ability and language expression ability are reasonable, and communication is not difficult; 6. Those who can use smart phones and APP functions without obstacles; 7. Volunteers to participate in this experiment, willing to accept follow-up, and sign the informed consent of this experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lung cancer, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, pulmonary tuberculosis and other respiratory diseases other than COPD; 2. Severe metabolic diseases, severe disorders of liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3. Need to use non-invasive mechanical ventilation or can not be removed from oxygen; 4. People undergoing physical therapy or other rehabilitation therapy.
