Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We retrospectively collected patients with early-stage gastric cancer who underwent radical gastric resection in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from 2007 to 2020 and with T stages were pT1a and pT1b.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery and had a history of gastric-related surgery were excluded.
