Shensui Tongzhi Prescription Group:Oral administration of Shensui Tongzhi Prescription: 1 patch per day, divided into 2 doses, 100ml each time, for 4 consecutive weeks

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for knee osteoarthritis; ?K-L classification is I-III grade; ?Patients who have not received KOA system treatment in the past 2 weeks; ?Able to complete the treatment as planned, and able to cooperate with clinical observation and follow-up; ?The subjects understand and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Complicated with rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis or other bone and joint diseases; ? Pregnant and lactating women; ? Accompanied with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or severe damage to liver and kidney function; ? Known allergies to drug ingredients; ? Before treatment 1 There is a history of painkiller use within one month.
