Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Fully understand the purpose, nature, and method of the experiment, volunteer voluntarily and sign an informed consent form; 2) Men aged between 0 and 18 years (excluding 18 years old) undergo non laser traditional circumcision surgery; 3) Able to communicate well with researchers and understand and comply with the requirements of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The examination items required for surgery (hepatitis three and a half [A, B, C], HIV, TPPA [syphilis]), abnormal physical examination results, and the researcher's judgment as clinically significant; The specific testing items for the above inspection indicators are: Hepatitis A virus antibody assay (HAV-IgM); Hepatitis B virus surface antigen assay (HBsAg); Hepatitis B virus surface antibody assay (HBsAb); Hepatitis B virus core antigen assay (HBeAg); Hepatitis B virus e antibody assay (HBeAb); Hepatitis B virus core antibody assay (HBcAb); Hepatitis C virus antibody testing; Determination of Treponema pallidum specific antibodies; Human immunodeficiency virus antibody assay. 2) Diseases with abnormal clinical manifestations that need to be excluded, including but not limited to diseases of the nervous system, blood, endocrine, immune system, urinary system, respiratory system, metabolism and bone, mental system, malignant tumors, etc; 3) Have a history of infectious diseases, parasites, or family inherited diseases; 4) Individuals who have a history of drug abuse or have used drugs; 5) Volunteers judged unsuitable by other researchers to participate.
