Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part I Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological diagnosis in our hospital was confirmed as high-grade glioma; 2. No suspected recurrent lesions were detected by enhanced MRI; 3. Complete concurrent chemoradiotherapy Part II Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative imaging suggested glioma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is underage, over 70 years old, or pregnant; 2. The patient refuses to join; 3. There are ferromagnetic implants or foreign bodies in the patient's body, claustrophobia or allergy to contrast media, etc., which cannot be subjected to nuclear magnetic examination; 4. The operation did not completely remove the original lesion; 5. Have received second-line treatment (including targeting, immunity, gamma knife, reradiotherapy, etc., excluding electric field); 6. KPS score below 60
