Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient is not younger than 18 years old, and the gender is not limited. Serological testing for non-syphilis-specific antigens is required, and the informed consent of the patient is obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Specimens are not suitable for testing due to pollution or other reasons, and the researchers judge that the photos taken are unqualified.
