Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2020 edition of the Chinese Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage; (2) The first NCCT examination was performed within 24 hours of onset; (3) Age =18 years old; (4) Except for acute death, all patients were diagnosed and treated at the acute stage of intracerebral hemorrhage, and the same treatment principles and recognized standards were adopted according to the 2020 edition of China's Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The volume of hematoma cannot be accurately measured; (2) multi-site bleeding or hematoma volume less than 1ml; (3) NCCT image quality is poor, there are serious artifacts; (4) Received surgical treatment before the first NCCT examination within 24 hours; (5) Patients with a history of acute cerebrovascular disease and remaining symptoms of neurological impairment; (6) Incomplete medical records.
