Age
65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age not less than 65 years;(2) diagnosis of sarcopenia on chest CT;(3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III;(4) patient's proposed thoracoscopic single lobectomy to be performed by the same group of physician nurses;(5) patient and/or his or her authorized delegate agreed and signed the informed consent form for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) combined with serious cardiovascular diseases; (2) combined with other malignant tumors;(3) heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction;(4) combined with chronic infectious diseases;(5) patients with dementia or mental abnormalities.
