Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA I.-III. class (2) Age> 65 years old (3) Preoperative fasting time for 8h

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative application of diuretics (2) Severe coagulation disorders (3) Blockade site infection, diabetes or peripheral neuropathy, and nerve dysfunction of the affected limb (4) Heart failure (5) Severe arrhythmia (6) Pulmonary hypertension (7) Emphysema (8) Pericardial effusion (9) Mental disorders and communication difficulties
