Group A (Self rating anxiety scale rating greater than 50):According to the sequential method, the initial dose of ramazolam is 0.2mg/kg, and the adjacent gradient is 0.01mg/kg
Group C (Anxiety Self Rating Scale score less than 50 points):According to the sequential method, the initial dose of ramazolam is 0.2mg/kg, and the adjacent gradient is 0.01mg/kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Normal consciousness before operation, in line with the indications of painless hysteroscopy; ? Those who did not receive anti anxiety treatment before surgery. ? Age 25-55 years old, body mass index (BMI) 18-30kg/m2, ASA I-II level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Allergies to Narcotic, ramazolam and fentanyl; ? Concomitant severe respiratory, circulatory, liver and kidney dysfunction, and central system diseases; ? A history of taking opioids, anti anxiety drugs, and alcohol and drug abuse before surgery; ? Individuals with neurological or psychiatric disorders who are unable to complete the anxiety scale.
