Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meets cLBP diagnostic criteria; ? Body Mass Index (BMI) =30kg/m2; ? Age 18-80 years old; ? no cognitive dysfunction; ? Informed and willing to cooperate with the study; ? The VAS score is 3-7 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Suffering from mental illness, may not be able to cooperate with treatment; ? Have a history of severe spinal disease or previous lumbar surgery; ? Acute lumbar disc herniation; ? Pregnancy status or pregnancy during the experiment; ? Serious cardiopulmonary diseases or contraindications in exercise activities.
