Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Residing in Liaodong for more than one year; 2) those who are over 18 years old and have the ability to act independently; 3) Chronic diseases (including arterial thrombotic diseases, venous thrombotic diseases and microvascular thrombosis) that meet the requirements of post-examination follow-up and intervention monitoring, and the information is complete.
