Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) healthy and obese men or women aged 18-35, the ratio of males to females was 1:1; (2) are not currently following any dietary regimen or nutritionist consultation, and are willing and able to accept dietary doses of chili peppers (sensory evaluation is conducted in advance, and the volunteers provided with chili peppers can be accepted into the study); (3) BMI of healthy volunteers: 18.5 kg/m228 kg/m2; (4) comply with relevant regulations during clinical trials, have good compliance, and can deliver samples on time; (5) no serious gastrointestinal diseases, such as gastrointestinal cancer, gastrointestinal bacterial infection, etc. (except for mild gastroenteritis, indigestion, etc.); (6) antibiotics have not been used in the past 3 months (except for local use).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from gastrointestinal, nervous, cardiovascular, endocrine, kidney or other chronic diseases that may affect intestinal motility; (2) Have had major abdominal surgery, especially gastrointestinal surgery; (3) The use of drugs related to gastrointestinal diseases within two weeks, such as anti-spasmodic drugs, laxatives, anti-diarrhea drugs and other drugs that have an effect on intestinal motility; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Eating yogurt, probiotics, prebiotics, Biostime, dietary supplements, Chinese herbs, or taking large doses of vitamins or minerals within 1 month or for a long time; (6) Antibiotics within 1 month or long-term use, glucocorticoids or immunosuppressive drugs within 3 months or long-term use; (7) Significant changes in eating habits within 1 month, such as starting to eat a fiber-rich diet (> 18 g/day); (8) A chronic disease, immune system disease, mental illness, infectious disease or serious illness has been diagnosed in a hospital; (9) alcoholism and drug abuse; (10) Currently or recently (within 1 month) conducting other clinical studies; (11) refuse to sign the informed consent, or estimate poor compliance, poor follow-up possibility.
