Combined spinal epidural anesthesia group:Methods of anesthesia: combined spinal-epidural block
Anesthesia: 0.5% ropivacaine + sterile water for injection 2-2.4ml.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)All patients were American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1-?, aged =60 years, undergoing lower extremity orthopedic surgery. (2) There were no contraindications of operation and spinal anesthesia; (3) Complete clinical data and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with serious diseases of liver, kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems; (2) Patients with hypertension, malignant tumors and coagulation disorders; (3) Poor compliance, unable to cooperate; (4) Patients with cognitive and mental disorders; (5) Allergic to local anesthetics, failure of intraspinal anesthesia puncture.
