Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (1) There are uncomfortable symptoms such as neck pain, soreness, stiffness, and limited mobility; and neck pain for more than 12 weeks; (2) Age 18-45 years old; (3) 2 points< VAS<6 points; (4) Those who can receive rehabilitation treatment and ensure the completion of the course of treatment; (5) Those who have not received formal or informal rehabilitation training within three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria Subjects that meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from this study: (1) Have a history of cervical spine trauma and surgery; There are radicular symptoms such as numbness of the upper extremities; (2) Those with severe heart, lung and other important organ dysfunction or malignant tumors in the past; (3) fever, infection and systemic severe illness; (4) Those with metal foreign bodies in the neck; (5) Pregnant and lactating women.
