Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physician inclusion criteria: 1. A physician with a junior, intermediate or senior title; 2. The doctor's hospital is a Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 hospital; 3. currently working in the treatment of adults or adolescents (=14 years) with asthma 4. treating = 1 adult or adolescent (= 14 years old) asthma patient per month 5. willing to cooperate in this research project; 6. signed an informed consent form Patient inclusion criteria: 1. age = 14 years, regardless of gender 2. a clinical diagnosis of asthma, with reference to the criteria of the Guidelines for the Management of Bronchial Asthma (2020 version) 3. have been treated for asthma in our hospital for at least 1 month 4. willingness to cooperate in participating in this research project; 5. signed informed consent: both the patient himself/herself and his/her guardian aged 14-17 years, and the patient himself/herself aged =18 years signed the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Physician exclusion: unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire or difficult to communicate Patients are excluded from: 1. having limitations in self-care; 2. those who are unable to read, understand or complete the questionnaire, e.g. with cognitive impairment, severe visual and hearing impairment; 3. those with mental illness, severe emotional or behavioural disorders that may affect questionnaire responses; 4. those with serious organic diseases such as cardiovascular, brain, liver, kidney, etc., and those who are physically weak 5. patients who, in the opinion of the researcher, are unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire or have difficulty communicating;
