Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?18-70 years old elective surgery ? Volunteer to participate in this study and accept randomization ? The estimated operation time is less than 2 hours ? Go to anesthesia resuscitation room (PACU) after operation ? Family members of children with primary school education and above
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? The patient had a history of previous operations ? Patients transferred to ICU for further treatment after surgery ? The patient and his family members have mental illness in the past ?The patient's family members cannot properly use the communication equipment to receive real-time process information ? Patients' family members can not cooperate and have language disorders ? Children or family members have mental illness, language disorders, high blood pressure
