Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 6-12 years, gender unlimited; (2) Overweight/obesity, according to "Screening for Overweight and Obesity in School-Age Children and Adolescents"(WS/T 586-2018 ); (3) lived in Chengdu, and at least one family member can participate in the whole process; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study, and the legal guardian voluntarily signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary obesity caused by diseases or drug; (2) The parents of the children cannot strictly follow the rules and keep a diet and exercise diary; (3) Severe chronic diseases such as severe liver and kidney diseases, tumors, blood or genetic metabolic diseases; (4) The family who has difficulty using smartphones; (5) Children without parents/guardians; (6) Subjects participating in other clinical trials.
