Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome

Interventions

A group:Perform aerobic exercise first, followed by a one-week washout period before performing resistance exercise.
B group:Perform resistance exercise first, followed by a one-week washout period before performing aerobic exercise.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Sleep Disorders - Revised Edition for sleep phase delay syndrome (2) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index total score>5 (3) Morning evening questionnaire (MEQ questionnaire) score = 41 (4) BMI within the normal range: 18.5-23.9 Kg/m2 (5) Physical activity rating scale score (PARS-3) = 19

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Take relevant drugs to promote sleep or any drugs that affect metabolism within one month (2) Psychotropic drug abusers (3) Dependence on alcohol, coffee and tea polyphenols (4) Sleep breathing disorder or movement disorder (5) Patients who have been definitely diagnosed with other types of sleep disorders (6) Have a clear habit of taking a nap (7) Have a family history
