Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the diagnostic standard of Western medicine PCOS, TCM syndrome differentiation standard of phlegm-dampness block; 2.BMI=24kg/m2; 3.Ages 18-40(including 18 and 40); 4.Understand, agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with androgen-secreting tumors, congenital adrenal cortex hyperplasia, and Cushing syndrome. Or use medications related to the following diseases such as insulin-dependent diabetes, Crohn's disease, sarcoidosis, thyroid, liver, heart disease, chronic diarrhea, ulcerative colitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and cancer. 2.Organic diseases such as congenital gonadal hypoplasia, fallopian tube obstruction and genital malformation were found. 3.Patients with cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency. 4.Persons with mental illness. 5.Pregnant or lactating women.
