Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Between the ages of 18 and 80; 2. Patients with histological/cytological confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma or cirrhosis meet the American Association for the Study of Hepatology (AASLD) clinical diagnostic criteria for hepatocellular carcinoma. The clinical diagnostic criteria refer to the Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Primary Liver Cancer (2022 Edition) 3. HCC patients eligible for China liver cancer staging (CNLC) Stage IIa-IIIb, which cannot be resectable, are not suitable for radical treatment. 4. According to the RECIST v1.1 standard, there must be at least one measurable lesion on the upper abdominal enhanced CT or MRI.

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or lactating women; 2. other conditions that, in the judgment of the clinician, make the patient unsuitable for enrollment
