Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? 18-60 years old; ? Infection with COVID-19 within 3 months and negative antigen detection; ? Consciously participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Body temperature>38 ?; ? In a calm state, the heart rate is>120 beats/min or180mmHg, and the respiratory rate is>25 beats/min. Significant fluctuations in vital signs or above; ? Patients with Myocarditis, pulmonary hypertension, congestive heart failure, acute renal failure, venous thrombosis, unstable fractures and other unfit for exercise; ? Patients with Disorders of consciousness, cognitive dysfunction, mental disorder, severe balance disorder, severe bone and joint disease and other impact assessment and treatment; ? Pregnant women; ? Tumors, tuberculosis, infections, etc.
