Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke established by the World Health Organization (WHO); ? First onset, confirmed by CT or MRI; ? 14 to 60 days after stroke onset; ? No obvious cognitive and consciousness barriers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Bilateral injury; ? Cerebellar/brain stem strokes; ? Concomitant with severe cardiovascular, endocrine, and tumor diseases; ? Lower limb fractures or other osteoarthropathy that restricts lower limb movement.
